SLIL’s drug discovery program is focused on three streams of research:

  • Cyclic polyamines: a new class of cytotoxic agents originally derived from plant alkyloids

  • TTD™: Tumor Targeting and Delivery technologies: drug delivery technologies that are designed to concentrate anti-cancer drugs at the site of a tumor
