Janice M. LeCocq, Ph.D. Dr. LeCocq has been a managing partner of Collins, Mabry & Co., a consulting firm, since December 1998. From December 1994 until December 1998, Dr. LeCocq was the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gryphon Sciences, a privately held biotechnology company that is commercializing chemical protein synthesis technology. Previously, Dr. LeCocq served as a Director, CFO and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of ICOS Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company. She also served as a Director of Hyseq and was previously a General Partner, Corporate Finance, as well as a biotechnology analyst, at Montgomery Securities. Dr. LeCocq received her Ph.D. from Stanford University.
