Keith Bronstein, Chairman. Mr. Bronstein is currently President and Director of TradeLink LLC, a ‘think tank’ that specializes in sophisticated trading of futures and options. As a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, he has served as Director, Governor of its Clearing Corporation, and Chairman of its Business Conduct Committee. Mr. Bronstein has served on the Board of Visitors of the University of Wisconsin Medical School and the Board of the Illinois branch of the American Cancer Society. He currently sits on the Foundation Board of Highland Park Hospital-Lakeland Health Services of the Northwestern Health Care Network and on the Board of American Ecology Corporation, an industrial firm concentrating on low level nuclear and toxic waste disposal. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree.
